We accept returns within 30 days of delivery! Your Vessis must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged. A couple of things to note: some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable. While some are only valid for size exchanges only, others can not be returned at all - reach out to our Customer Service team for more info on this. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed and passes inspection. Please allow 7-10 business days once we get the items to be refunded, as long as it follows our return policy.
If you're looking to send back something you already exchanged, the order number you should enter will look like this: EXC-12345-1. If it's the first time returning a specific purchase, the order number the portal will request will be fully numerical, no letters or symbols. If you're looking at the packing slip you found in your box, you might see an order number starting with 'SO'. Be sure to enter the number on the right instead!
